Caution: HOA Boards

We have recently learned from various contractors and vendors that certain HOA management companies are requiring them to pay for advertising on their websites. We consider this a form of kickback. These same management companies are requiring contractors and vendors to pay for the privilege of receiving work on their HOA clients’ properties. This is another form of kickback. We urge you to investigate in order to avoid this scam. Our company never accepts any form of payment from vendors and contractors. All we want is quality work and good service for a fair price. Note that many contractors and vendors are extremely reluctant to say anything to HOA clients for fear of losing business.
