Caution – Certain Management Companies Will no longer Accept Phone Calls

We have recently learned that certain management companies no longer accept phone calls from homeowners living within their HOA client properties. These management companies only accept email communications. Owners without computers who cannot send emails are required to mail letters to their management company, if they want to contact the company. Many associations find this to be unacceptable and are changing their managing agents. Our firm welcomes phone calls from owners from 9:00 am to Noon and from 1:00pm to 5:30pm M-F.
